The Hospital Administration Department is responsible for the effective management, coordination, and oversight of all hospital operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This department acts as the backbone of the healthcare system, integrating clinical, operational, and financial activities to support the hospital’s mission, vision, and goals.

Biotechnology Lab
Biotechnology labs are used for a variety of processes, including analysing cultures
chemically and physically, protecting and stabilizing ingredients and microorganisms,
carrying out in vitro studies, and validating products. Biotechnology lab is equipped with a
variety of instruments and tools to support research, development, and commercialization.
Some common pieces of equipment present in biotechnology labs include:
UV-Vis Double Beam Spectrophotometer, Refrigerated Centrifuge, Autoclave and Hot air oven, Circulating Water Bath, Laminar Air Flow Cabinet, Deep Freezer, Electrophoretic Units, pH Meter, Water Distillation Unit.
Anatomy Lab
An anatomy lab is used to learn about the human body, including its structure, function, and
the interaction of its various parts. It deals with the study of cells, tissues and membranes that
make up our bodies and how our major systems function to help us develop and stay healthy.
The study of Anatomy includes the basic human body functions and life processes. Some
common pieces of equipment present in anatomy labs include:
Microscope (Monocular), Dissection Microscope, Microtome – Semi automatic, Paraffin Embedding Bath, Refrigerator, Hot Water Bath, Yarco Automatic Knife Sharpner, Oven, Trinocular microscope with screen, Dimond pencil.

Short Brief About the Program
Bachelor of Hospital Administration is a course that aims at equipping eligible candidates with expertise in researching, analysing and presenting evidence-based arguments and data to support effective hospital management and administration, while also enhancing understanding of evolving healthcare laws, regulations, and technological advancements.
A Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) degree enables students and professionals to advance their careers and take on leadership roles in healthcare delivery and financing organizations. These leaders plan, direct, and coordinate services in a wide variety of healthcare delivery settings.
Master of Public Health (MPH) 2 years degree trains students to become a leader in this dynamic field of public health. The student gains skills in addressing community issues, collaborating across sectors, and educating the public on health issues. With an MPH, you can analyse data, shape policies, monitor public health threats, and conduct impactful health research.

The hospital administrator oversees a hospital's day-to-day operations and strategic planning. They monitor the hospital's financial, human resource, patient care, and quality control components. This is where a degree program in hospital and healthcare management can play a key role at equipping eligible candidates with expertise in researching, evaluating, presenting arguments and data that can help them in the management or administration of hospitals and understand the changes in healthcare laws, regulations, and technology.
In short, an MHA equips graduates to have a deep understanding of healthcare delivery and financing institutions, develop core competencies in problem- solving, strategic thinking, and innovation to become effective leaders.
Skill Development: Strategic planning, financial management, healthcare policy analysis, healthcare operations management, and entrepreneurship are all goals of the programme.
