BA LLB (5 Years)
- Candidate must have successfully completed Senior Secondary School (+2) or equivalent (such as 11+1, A-Level, or Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate), from a recognized Board / Institution in India or abroad, constituted or recognized by the Union or State Government or an equivalent authority.
- The qualifying institution should be recognized for issuing a valid qualifying certificate and located in the State of Maharashtra, wherever applicable.
- Minimum Aggregate Marks required: 45% – OPEN, EWS & Outside Maharashtra State (OMS / All India Candidature), 42% – VJNT, SBC & OBC Categories (Maharashtra State), 40% – SC & ST Categories (Maharashtra State), Must have obtained a non-zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

- Candidate must be a Graduate in any faculty from: A University in Maharashtra established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, or A Deemed-to-be University / National Institution, or A Foreign University recognized as equivalent to an Indian University by a competent authority.

Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Pandey is a Professor and Dean at the School of Law, Alard University, Pune, Maharashtra. He holds an LL.M. in Human Rights and Duties Education and a Ph.D. in International Law from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
He has authored a book titled “Indian Perspective on International Refugee Law” and has published more than 20 research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, he has contributed 10 book chapters to academic publications.
Dr. Pandey has successfully guided two Ph.D. scholars and is currently supervising five research scholars. His areas of academic interest include International Law, Constitutional Law, and Human Rights. He is committed to advancing legal education through research, teaching, and academic leadership.
