The ALARD University Library is a modern, fully automated knowledge hub that plays a vital role in supporting the academic and research pursuits of students, faculty, and staff. Key Features and Facilities
- Fully Automated & Technology-Enabled: The library is equipped with an Access Control System and RFID technology to ensure secure and efficient operations. All core functions such as cataloguing, circulation, and resource management are automated through the Integrated Library Management Software (ILMS) – KOHA.
- Self-Service Facilities: A self-issue and return system along with a book drop box makes borrowing and returning books convenient for users.
- Conducive Learning Environment: The library offers a well-furnished reading and study room with a peaceful ambience, creating an ideal atmosphere for focused study and research.
- Wi-Fi Enabled: The library is fully Wi-Fi enabled, allowing students and faculty seamless access to online resources and digital databases.
- Open Access Policy: Users enjoy direct access to the library’s collection, enabling them to browse and select books and resources independently.
