First Year Entry
- Applicable to Maharashtra State, All India, UT of Jammu & Kashmir / UT of Ladakh Migrant Candidates, Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- 10+2 (HSC) / Equivalent – PCM, Physics & Mathematics compulsory + one approved subject 45% marks (40% for Reserved/EWS/PwD – Maharashtra only) Appeared in PCM CET conducted by component authority with non-zero score.
- Eligible for all B.Tech programmes 10+2 (HSC) / Equivalent – PCB, Physics & Chemistry compulsory + one approved subject 45% marks (40% for Reserved/EWS/PwD – Maharashtra only) Appeared in PCB CET / JEE with non-zero score. Eligible for specified B.Tech programmes (Agriculture, Biotechnology, Food, Pharma, Packaging, Printing, Fashion, Textile, Leather)
- Note: PCB students are also eligible for admission to any B.Tech programme, irrespective of the subjects studied in Class 12, provided they qualify the relevant National-level or University-level entrance examination for that programme. The University may offer bridge courses, wherever required, to address academic gaps. Dr. Manisha Bhende
Professor and Dean, School of Engineering and Technology
Dr. Manisha Bhende is a distinguished academic leader, accomplished researcher, and visionary administrator serving as Professor and Dean of the School of Engineering and Technology at ALARD University.
With over 27 years of extensive experience in higher education, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in academic leadership, research innovation, and institutional development. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, with a research focus on energy-efficient algorithms in Wireless Sensor Networks, along with a Master’s degree with distinction and a Bachelor’s degree from the Government College of Engineering, Amravati.
She holds a PhD in Business Ethics, along with an MBA in Marketing and HR, and several professional certifications including Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University, USA. A recognized thought leader, she has authored the book “Sustainable and Ethical Human Resource Management” and published over 55 research papers. Dr. Tulpule is widely acknowledged for her contributions to innovative pedagogy, ethical leadership, and skill development, earning multiple national and international awards. As Dean, she actively drives academic excellence, research innovation, and industry–academia collaboration, shaping future business leaders at ASBM.
A passionate educator and mentor, she has taught a wide range of core and advanced subjects and has guided numerous student projects, nurturing future-ready engineers. She is also actively involved in faculty development initiatives, promoting modern pedagogical practices and lifelong learning. An author of notable academic books and an active member of prestigious professional bodies such as IEEE, CSI, and ACM, Dr. Bhende continues to contribute significantly to the academic and research community. Her achievements have been recognized through several awards, including accolades from the CSI Regional (West), underscoring her commitment to excellence, innovation, and impactful leadership in engineering education.

Dr. C.P. Jawahar

Dr.C.P.Jawahar has completed his Master's Degree in Energy Engineering from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli in 2000 and holds a Ph.D. (full-time) in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2011.
He is a Certified Energy Auditor by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India. His total experience is 25 years, including an administrative experience (IQAC Coordinator, Head of the Department, Principal, and Dean) of 15 years.
He has completed 2 Swayam Prabha DTH Projects, one each at IIT Kanpur and IIT Tirupati, under the Ministry of Education. He has 34 research papers (including 3 book chapters) in reputed Journals published by Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, Springer, and Sage, apart from 30 research papers in International and National Conferences. All the research papers are indexed either in Scopus or Web of Science or both. His citations in Scopus and Web of Science are 988 and 775, respectively. He has completed 2 research and development projects to the tune of INR 91.35 lakhs and 4 industrial consultancy projects worth INR 10.76 lakhs. 4 research scholars have completed Ph.D. under his supervision and have 6 patents (2 published and 4 filed) to their credit. He has been inducted into the editorial board as Associate Editor in the Journal of Process Mechanical Engineering, published by Sage, indexed in Web of Science (SCI).

Prof.(Dr.) S. K. Srivastava is a prominent academician currently serving as Dean ( Students Welfare) & Professor of Mathematics. He has also served as Campus Director and Dean ( Academics) of ALARD University Pune.
Dr Srivastava is an experienced academic with over 30 years of experience in Teaching, Research and Administration. His area of research is MHD Flow ( Fluid Dynamics) with numerous published papers and awards. He was recently honored by Union Education Minister.
Dr Srivastava is a fellow of International Science Congress Association ( ISCA). He is a member of NAAC Peer Team of UGC, member of AICTE inspection Team and member of AKTU Inspection Team.
Dr. Srivastava is a life member of Indian Mathematical Society (IMS), Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), International Academy Of Physical Sciences ( IAPS) and International Science Congress Association. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of Research Journal Of Mathematical & Statistical Sciences ( RJMSS) and International Journal of Engineering & Mathematical Sciences (IJEMS).
Dr Srivastava has received best research paper presentation award of Indian Science Congress Association ( ISCA) , Best Faculty Award Of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow (AKTU) and Best Faculty award of ALARD University Pune.

Dr. Mily Lal is an Associate Professor in Computer Engineering with over 15 years of distinguished teaching and research experience, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.
She is currently affiliated with the School of Engineering and Technology at ALARD University, Pune. She also serves as the Innovation Council (IIC) Coordinator at ALARD University, where she actively promotes a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and student-driven initiatives through various programs and activities.
She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing, and her research is centred on applying Artificial Intelligence solutions to real-world challenges, particularly in the healthcare domain. Dr. Gopalkrishna D. Dalvi

Dr. Gopalkrishna D. Dalvi is an Associate Professor at ALARD School of Engineering and Technology. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, in 2003, securing second rank in merit.
He earned his Master of Engineering (M.E.) from CSVTU, Bhilai, in 2008, and completed his Ph.D. from Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University in 2017. Dr. Dalvi has over 21 years of teaching experience and has made significant contributions to academics and research. He has published 45 research papers in national and international conferences. His research work includes three granted patents, two copyrights, and authorship of two book chapters.
His areas of interest include Electromagnetics, Microprocessors, Mobile Communication, Computer Networks, Wireless Communication, Soft Computing, IoT, Cyber Security, and Machine & Deep Learning. He is also a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and the Institution of Engineers (IEI).
Dr.Pallavi Jha

Dr. Pallavi Jha is a committed faculty member at the ALARD School of Engineering and Technology, ALARD University. She is an experienced academician with over 17 years of teaching experience in the field of engineering and technology.
She completed her M.E. in Computer Engineering in 2010 and earned her Ph.D. in 2018. She has made significant contributions to research, with 20 publications in reputed international journals and conferences. In addition to her research work, she has also authored a book, reflecting her dedication to knowledge sharing and academic excellence.
Her area of expertise lies in the domain of Internet of Things (IoT) and machine learning, where she is deeply involved in exploring innovative applications and emerging technologies. She is passionate about mentoring students, guiding academic projects, and fostering a strong learning environment.

Dr. Deep Tripathi

Dr. Deep Tripathi is currently serving as Associate Professor in the department of Civil Engineering at ALARD School of Engineering and Technology, Pune.
He is a Structural Engineering expert with a Ph.D. from NIT Allahabad (2022), specializing in concrete technology and sustainable construction materials. He has a strong academic and research background, complemented by international postdoctoral experience at the University of Sherbrooke, Canada (2022-24).
His research focuses on low-carbon concrete, durability, self-compacting concrete, and carbon sequestration in cement-based materials. With 5+ years of experience in teaching, industry, research guidance, and site practices, he brings a balanced perspective of theory and application
Dr. Tripathi is actively engaged in developing sustainable and high-performance construction materials and participates in academic and professional activities such as workshops, conferences, FDPs, also involved in collaborating with conferences and research projects. He remains committed to advancing eco-friendly solutions in civil engineering and mentoring future engineers. In September 2025, he was awarded the Best Young Researcher with an outstanding Postdoctoral Experience award presented under the Ministry of MSME, Govt of India by the Innovative Research & Education Academy (IREA). He has 30+ SCI/Scopus publications/conferences in national and international journals. Currently serving as an Editorial board member and reviewer of many SCI/Scopus international journals.
Dr. Kumar. D. Sapate

He completed his M.E. in Mechanical Engineering in 1997 and earned his Ph.D. in 2015, bringing a wealth of 35 years of experience, 34 of which were spent in teaching and 1 in the industry. His vast experience has enabled him to become a strong academician, along with discipline, to develop academic culture and overall development of students. As a Professor, Dr. Sapate specializes in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) and Automobile Engineering with a strong passion for exploring innovative solutions, advancing research, and inspiring the next generation of learners and professionals.

Dr. Padma Sachin Zade

I am Dr. Padma Sachin Zade, currently working as HOD in the Department of Applied Science at ALARD School of Engineering & Technology. I have been an active and enthusiastic member of the Research and Development (R&D) Cell, contributing towards fostering a culture of innovation, research, and project-based learning among students and faculty.
I completed my Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. I have been involved in guiding several student projects and encouraging them to participate in research and innovation activities.
Over the years, I have published 12 research papers in national and international journals.I believe that research is the key to academic excellence and societal progress and I continuously strive to integrate innovative practices into the teaching-learning process.
As an R&D Cell member, my goal is to motivate students and faculty to pursue meaningful research, collaborate with industries and develop solutions for real-world problems. I aim to contribute to the institute’s vision of becoming a center of excellence in innovation and applied research.
Mr. Vijay Patil

Mr. Vijay Patil is an Assistant Professor and Head – Corporate Relations, Training & Placement at ALARD University, with over 9 years of experience in academia, corporate relations, and student development. He holds a B.E. and M.E. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D.
He specializes in corporate relations, student upskilling, entrepreneurship development, and campus placements, actively bridging the gap between academia and industry. A member of professional bodies like AITPO, MaTPO, and FTPO, he has received recognitions, including the Global Faculty Award (2023) and MaTPO Young Achiever TPO Award (2025).
Mrs. Krati Shrivastava

Mrs. Krati Shrivastava is a faculty member at the ALARD School of Engineering and Technology, ALARD University. She has a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and an M.Tech in Cyber Forensics, with over six years of teaching experience.
She teaches programming, algorithms, and other core computer science subjects. With her knowledge of cyber forensics, she helps students learn important skills like digital evidence analysis, using forensic tools, data recovery, and understanding cyber law. She is passionate about innovation, research, and helping students grow.

Babita Koushik is working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering and Technology, ALARD University, Pune. She holds an M.Tech degree and has a total of 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years in industry and 2 years in teaching.
She has participated in Faculty Development Programs focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Her teaching interests include Python, C, C++, Full Stack Development, and Digital Marketing.
